Regional: defeated Cincinnati, Creighton (twice)

Super Regional: defeated UCLA in three games 3-2, 4-5 (12 inn), 4-2

Notes: The Michigan baseball team makes their first visit to Omaha since 1984 when the Wolverines had a run of four CWS appearances in five years (1980,81,83,84). The Wolverines recently played at TD Ameritrade Park in the Big Ten tournament and went 3-2 but fell one game short of the championship game. Michigan now has 24 NCAA tournament appearances.
