Election Day is Tuesday, November 3rd – Are You Registered To Vote?

In Nebraska, the deadline to register to vote online is Friday, October 16th. You can still register in-person through the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles when renewing or applying for a driver’s license. Registration is also available in-person at the Department of Health and Human Services and the State Department of Education. If you are registering for the first time in Nebraska, you must provide a copy of a current photo identification card and copy of a utility bill with your current residence address.

In Iowa, the deadline to register to vote online is 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 24th. You can also register and vote on election day in person. To qualify you must be a U.S. Citizen, an Iowa resident, and be at least 17 years old. You MUST be 18 on or before election day in order to vote. In order to complete the online registration, you must have an Iowa Driver’s License of Non-operators ID Card.
